Most people who use marijuana report that consuming before or after exercising improves the experience and aids in recovery, according to a new study. And those United Nations agencies do use cannabis to elevate their exercise tend to induce a healthier amount of activity.
Researchers at the University of Colorado surveyed over 600 marijuana shoppers in states wherever it’s legal to assess; however, individuals use cannabis about exercise.
