1 LOW CALORIE CHOCOLATE OATMEAL SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat 1% milk
  • 2 tablespoons low fat yogurt
  • 3⁄4 cup instant oatmeal nuked in water
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • 2 tsp chocolate whey protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes, crushed

Directions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender 
  • Blend until smooth

2 LOW CALORIE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup low fat yogurt
